The most extensive DVD available for doing yoga while sitting in a chair and/or standing next to a chair, the routines enable people of any age who are not able to get down on the floor to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Sixteen sitting-only routines are also included for people unable to stand. The DVD contains two hours of gentle and gently challenging work-outs that range from five to ninety minutes to suit all schedules—keeping practice varied and enjoyable.
