Detailed Description of Ageless Yoga DVDs

The two DVDs in John Schlorholtz’s Ageless Yoga series, Chair and Standing Routines and Floor and Standing Routines, offer a wide variety of yoga options for people of all sizes, shapes, and ages.

Schlorholtz's style is based on rhythmic movement and breath, employing a number of innovative, flowing yoga routines that are safe and enjoyable as exercise for older adults and people with arthritis, injuries, or disabilities. Both DVDs offer people of any age or physical condition an informative, thorough work-out.

Floor and Standing Routines is designed for people who can get down on the ground. People of all ages and conditions can benefit from the refined, intelligent yoga routines that involve every part of the body without putting excessive stress or pressure on joints or muscles.

Chair and Standing Routines is designed for people who find it difficult to get down on the ground and includes 16 sitting-only yoga sequences for those who find it difficult or impossible to stand. It also includes a number of routines that involve chair exercises as well as exercises that are done standing while keeping a chair handy for safety.
