Each DVD offers two hours of gentle and gently challenging routines that are great exercise for seniors and for anyone, including people with injuries and medical conditions. Chair and Standing Routines offers extensive work for people unable to get down on the floor.
Whether you prefer to work on a chair, on the ground, or both, Ageless Yoga will exercise every major joint and muscle. Yoga sessions on each DVD range from 5 minutes to 90 minutes to fit everyone's exercise schedule and needs.
